Ecologies of Care

What does it mean to care for someone or something? What can this work look like? An ecology of care asks us to consider how lives, stories, places, and futures are interconnected, and how acts of care can make those connections stronger, more just, and more visible. As a group of scholarly and creative minds, the Pollart Center encourages individuals to examine how their work engages with care as a personal act and/or a collective practice that shapes communities, histories, cultures, and environments
